Terms of Service Template Draft

1. Service and operator

Uselist is operated by [Founder Enskild Firma SE]. These Terms are TEMPLATE_DRAFT text for legal implementation and must be replaced with finalized counsel-approved terms before launch.

2. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in EUR, in alignment with ADR-0026. If your payment method is denominated in another currency, your issuer conversion rates apply.

3. Country legal framework (SE)

Jurisdiction: Swedish law; disputes before Stockholm tingsratt.
Supervisory authorities: IMY (Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection) for data protection matters and ARN (National Board for Consumer Disputes) for consumer dispute guidance.
Consumer rights: EU Consumer Rights Directive withdrawal rights apply, including a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible digital service purchases.
VAT: VAT handled via EU OSS scheme where applicable.

4. Data and GDPR references

Personal data handling follows GDPR principles and disclosures under Articles 6 and 13, and user rights under Articles 15-22. See the matching Privacy Policy for details.

5. Processors and sub-processors

Core processors include Stripe, Telegram, Google (Gemini), and Cloudflare.

До платних планів застосовуються положення про повідомлення про зміни, наведені в розділі 2 (Виставлення рахунків і підписки). Подальше використання після внесення змін означає згоду з ними.
